Return and Refund Policy

Returning a product is simple with [firm name]. In case you are not happy with any of the items or are having any issues or discrepancies then there is no need to worry, just tell us, as we are happy to serve you the best. You can return the products anytime within 14 days of your purchase. Kindly note we must receive the product within 14 days and in its original condition to enable us to exchange or refund the products. Organic Goodness keep the right to reject refund if any of the items do not follow our Return Policy guidelines.  

Note: If you have used the products, we reserve the right to reject your claim for a refund or an exchange. 

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us via  support@organicgoodness.com.au within 24 hours of your order being delivered. 

Note: Provide us with photo evidence. 

We can help with your claim. Once we’ve verified your claim we’ll either send out a  replacement or refund the purchase price. We’ll definitely agree to replace or refund. 

Refunds 

The refund will be made within 14 days. The time in which the refund will be credited to your account will be determined by the issuing bank and it is totally outside of our control.  Refunds for cash on delivery (COD) items will be issued through the bank transfer. Our customer care team will contact you for your bank account details.  

Note: Organic Goodness offers replacements only for the same product. We do not exchange for a different product.  

Heat Sensitive Items 

We hold no responsibility for any items affected by heat during transport, such as chocolate and any products that melted during warm seasons. It will be transported at your own risk. Thank you for understanding.
